Sofitel Hotel Singapore

Kitchen Design

Rubel designed the Kitchen of Sofitel Hotel Singapore with his previous employment. The Sofitel hotel Singapore launched in 2017, situated in the heart of Singapore. The famous restaurant ‘Racines’ designed and collaborated with honored designer Willson Associates. The French/Chinese open dining concept is brought together by celebrity chef Jean-Charles Dubois.

The open kitchen features two enormous bespoke cooking blocks from Marrone which elevates the dining experience for the guest to walk around the kitchen to select their food which allows interaction with chefs. The cold station features full-height bespoke display fridges, salad display case, and a crustacean which allows the guest to flow around to choose their food. The full height wine fridges give a great compliment of satisfaction to the internal dining experience.

A comfortable bread shop section with a traditional German baking oven with a rustic look from the 19th century is a visual feature close to the pastry segment with custom-made ice cream showcase and jewelry pastry showcase, the reach-in open colorful display fridge which was uniquely designed for Sofitel hotel.
