The Emerald Resort Hotel & Casino

Rubel was a part of designing the Kitchen of The Emerald Resort Hotel & Casino with his previous employment. With its many different types of restaurants, and each different in every way he collaborated with the restaurant’s F&B design with honored Interior design Consultant Steelman Partners from Las Vegas.

The show kitchen which featuring three cooking blocks with three different brands of equipment takes a lot of effort and persistence to bring them all together as one piece to ensure the aesthetic is in line with the design. The Food court which carries the concept of Eat Thai with the various serving station which serves some of the Philippines famous dessert halo-halo, a mix of Italian and the Robata grill to sizzle the dishes.
