Rubel was a part of designing the Kitchen of Crown Resort Sydney with his previous employment. He worked with some of the world top interior designers BATESSMART and Mayer Davis to design an open kitchen with the elegant organic shape of the counters from the bar to cooking lines which carries a various section of dessert station, cold station, charcuterie station, grill & western station, Asian wok fire, and Sushi Sashimi.
The finest detail of the jewelry showcases, ice cream display, meat display & Sushi display with most hygiene detail between the guest and food display. He collaborated with the world’s top chef to design the staff kitchen which serves approximately 1800 meals per day.
