Double Tree by Hilton

Rubel designed the kitchen of Double Tree By Hilton with his previous employment. The Double Tree Hotel is located at the Golden Triangle of I-City Shah Alam. Double Tree Hotel has two restaurants and 2 bars with a large Ballroom, a lobby lounge with a Grab and Go café, and the Axis Lounge which is the perfect spot for a quiet drink.

Malaysian cuisine is influenced by various cultures from all around the world.  Malaysia’s population consists mostly of three ethnic groups Malays, Chinese, and Indians. As a result of historical migrations and Malaysia’s geographical advantage, Malaysia’s culinary style is a mixture of Malay, Chinese, Indian,  Thai and  Arabian cuisines. The Makan kitchen at level 1 is a must for visitors wishing to experience some of Malaysia’s finest cuisine. Interactive show kitchens at Makan Kitchen serves local Malaysian and Asian cuisine with antique interior finishes.

The Tosca restaurant at level 5 is an open kitchen alfresco & bar concept – contemporary in design, yet casual in terms of cuisine & atmosphere comfort home-style Italian cuisine. Flexible dining throughout the day & evening servicing both the restaurant as well as the poolside during the day. A Sip an aperitif at the magnificent bar before dining which showcases a wine collection. The Pizza station with an electric grill sparks a fire display which glamour the overall dining experience.
